ZapataOps — Effective September 15, 2026
ZapataOps may use Google OAuth to request the Google Drive drive.file scope. This scope permits access only to files created by the application or files the user explicitly makes available to the application. ZapataOps does not request broad access to the user's entire Google Drive.
Google Drive access is used only to provide user-requested file-integration features, such as creating, reading, and updating application-managed files in the user's Google Drive.
OAuth authorization credentials may be stored on operator-controlled systems so authorized workflows can continue without repeated sign-in. Reasonable technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport, are used to protect credentials and data. Files stored in Google Drive remain subject to the user's Google account controls.
ZapataOps does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or disclose it to data brokers. ZapataOps does not transfer Google user data to third parties except when required to provide a feature explicitly requested by the user or when required by law. A user may independently choose to access their Google Drive files through other services connected to their Google account.
Google Workspace API data obtained by ZapataOps is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
OAuth credentials are retained only while needed to provide the authorized integration. Access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account permissions. Application-managed files remain in Google Drive until the user or an authorized workflow deletes them. Locally stored authorization state can also be deleted by the operator when access is revoked or the integration is retired.
ZapataOps's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This policy may be updated when data practices or application functionality change. The current version will remain available at this URL.
